Picked up 4L Yamalube today at my local dealer for $34.50. Since I dumped the used oil into last years container the price was still on it, $30.50. Possibly the price is due to oil going up, but $4.00 in a year seems a little steep to me. Buyer beware, tis the season.

Interesting thread.... I had a nasty get off this summer on Cherhola down at the Gap. Came round a corner way to fast, rode the guard rail, got spat off and trashed the bike (both sides), bent the front rim so bad it would not turn, I remeber chucking my helmet off and trying to get my jacket...

Every 500 km (give or take), I throw on some (supposed) no fling chain lube. Am I over lubing it ? I have seen some folks use WD40 to clean off the old crap and then re-apply lube (cleaning versu lubing). Would be interested in how often othere lube their chain ! Cheers Steve.

Wheres the best place to mount a Gopro camera ? On the helmet I am afraid it will come off with higher speeds ? If mounted on the (sport) bike, where do you put it ? What mounts are you using, is the 3M tape good enough to hold in place. Cheers Spike66

Two seperate accidents, the first Officer was rear ended by a car while escorting a wide load. Second Officer was responding to a call, moving fast, lights flashing etc., when a car pulled out a parking lot and clipped him. No word on charges. GWS to both riders.
