Hello Everyone, At long last, I've got my Rebel 250 on the road, and after 5 years of wheezing up hills on a 50cc scooter, well...enough said! See you out there.

On the topic of permit display: I zip-tie the card to my left handlebar. This is what they suggested when I got the permit. Problem is, it rains a lot - I tarp the bike. Apparently some covers come with a little window so you can see the permit, but not mine. Anybody know how enforcement deals...
