    2016 Ontario GTA Photo Tag

I know, it sucks. I moved up to Barrie, and I'd love to do some tagging in that area (Bradford, New Tecumseth, Innisfil, etc.), but its just too North-West to expect most riders to come all the way from the city. I still haven't gotten a smart phone yet, either. So I have to ride all the way...

    Finding a License Plate Frame...

Sure I could. But you would see the existing holes and it would look ridiculous. If I had a friend with a CNC machine, I'd just get my own made custom. But it really shouldn't be that hard.

    Finding a License Plate Frame...

Maybe it isn't meant for U.S. plates. I don't have one to compare to, but it most definitely didn't fit mine. Maybe EU plates? Either way, it was both funny and sad that Canadian tire doesn't sell plate frames that fit Canadian plates.

    Finding a License Plate Frame...

So I've been looking with no luck yet to find a license plate frame that actually fits the pre-drilled holes in standard Canadian motorcycle license plates. Does anyone know where I might find such a thing? ... The irony when you buy a license plate frame from Canadian Tire, but it is designed...

    CBR125 Dirty Bars Project

In a nutshell, the Puig windscreen does not fit the CBR125 very well. You kind of have to jam it on without breaking it. The screw holes don't always line up, and the plastic flange isn't perfectly molded. I used a Dremel to widen the holes and cut the flange to make it fit. Then I used some...

    CBR125 Dual sport.

Wasn't me. I sold my bike over the summer to a friend of mine. But all of my friends keep telling me they see the bike everywhere. I'm just glad the its still up and running! I sold it to him because he is more mechanically inclined to fix any potential engine problems due to age. I may have...

Does a traffic ticket/accident affect both motorcycle and car insurance?

I know Jevco specifically only deals with motorcycle claims/convictions, so any minor convictions that may have affected your car insurance doesn't matter. (As long as it isn't a major/serious conviction, or a criminal offence.) But in terms of car insurance being affected by motorcycle...

Does a traffic ticket/accident affect both motorcycle and car insurance?

Hello. Back in September, I received a speeding ticket on my motorcycle. I am going to court at the end of this month, but the chances are slim that I'm going to get off without any points. I am currently insured with my parents car under their policy as an occasional driver. The company I'm...

    CBR125 Dual sport.

I've sat on the bike at a dealership. Its an amazing bike, no doubt, but it didn't seem like it would be very comfy for long distance riding. It may handle higher speeds better than the 125, but the dirt bike seat didn't seem nearly as comfortable, nor did the lack of a windscreen. Not that I'm...

    CBR125 Dual sport.

That looks badass! My bike is officially at 60,000km now and I'm thinking about buying another one and doing a second attempt, or possibly just selling this one. I always thought studs wouldn't work with the Shinko tire because it has ridges inside of each knob, which would prevent the...

    what's your tent?

I bought a Bass Pro Shops 1 person tent. It isn't the best quality, but it is definitely waterproof. Like any tent, it should be seam-sealed before. It poured rain the night we slept and the tent didn't leak a drop. I don't know about the longevity of this tent though.

    CBR125 Dirty Bars Project

This entire thread is filled with people, new and old, asking that same question. So it definitely doesn't make you dumb asking it. Almost everyone who asks says the same ting, "Why not just go out and buy a bike more suitable?". Well, I enjoy riding a bike that is MINE, not some stock replica...

    CBR125 Dirty Bars Project

I originally bought them from a powersports shop in BC and got them shipped to me, but they should be available now at most shops in Ontario. They're probably the least expensive tires you'll ever buy... and they lasted me 8,000-10,000km on the 125. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't last as long on...

    CBR125 DS - Reducing Vibrations?

That rubber "BarSnake" looks awesome... it seems like the most promising to me. Spray foam sounds great too, but I don't know how heavy it would be... never used it before. I may try a few different things, but I filled it up with sand yesterday and it seems to be fine for now. I noticed it...

    CBR125 DS - Reducing Vibrations?

Hey all, For those of you who haven't seen my project, here are some links: http://www.gtamotorcycle.com/vbforum/showthread.php?154964-CBR125-Dirty-Bars-Project http://twistedtravster.tumblr.com/ I was out at Mosport Race Track not too long ago, and someone got interested in my bike sitting...
