    COVID and the housing market

That was it.. all 3 were stand outs amongst the rest... Yep.. to the outskirts of Georgetown.. but still have to drive through Brampton a couple of times a week.

    COVID and the housing market

I'm pretty sure the agent on 1 of the homes intentionally priced it a little low.. but not the other 2.

Zolo is a decent site for tracking listings and sales. It tells you if it was taken down or sold and tracks price history.

I bought a house 2 weeks ago. Before I got the one I did.. I tried for 2 others... and got into multiple bid situations for all 3. I wasn't expecting that in this market.

    Canada Post - Huge losses

As I understood it.. it was to be given as needed to cover certain costs only.. I think there was also some restructuring of other debit at the same time. CP paid back 500mil bond in July with the "loan".

The deals that CP is offering some customers to get back lost package business are ridiculous.. and far from sustainable. It also appears they are trying to push package business towards Puro instead of CP. It's probably too late for CP... nothing will happen in time to save it.

I can't say anything about the 'on the ground' issues they may have during implementation... I'm sure they will be some. As for 75 employees choosing their routes every morning.. Is that how it works now? The carriers choose their routes daily? If not, why would that happen if DR is implemented?

    Canada Post - Huge losses

You just repeated what I said.. Dynamic routing is standard practise in the industry. UPS, Puro, Intercom, Amazon, Ecom.. and every other delivery company and gig carrier. Canada Post should have implemented it years ago..

IIRC.. one of the big complaints about SSD is that the carriers are on the road more instead of sorting their own route. Am I remembering right?

People that want to keep their FT jobs at CP. Again.. standard practise at other companies. The days off don't change from week to week. In a lot cases.. the days off are Friday and Saturday.. or Sunday and Monday.

    Canada Post - Huge losses

CUPW was fighting to have the weekend deliveries and work done by full timers.. at the overtime pay rate. The proper balance would be FT workers working the weekend at regular pay and taking their days off during the week with a few PT floaters.. like a lot of other places do. That should have...
