Golden Star's Homemade Burger(don't waste your time with the banquet burger) @ Yonge n Steeles. Five Guys ain't bad either. Generally though, Americans do this waaay better.
That's sound advice, thanks. I work for the bank, the bike doesn't leave my possession until I have real cash or the money clears. That end of it I'm well versed in. We are doing the transaction inside the Chevrolet dealership and I'm taking a friend who will be keeping an eye on the bike...
Basically, I showed a bike to a guy yesterday, he seemed a little off, never discussed price, didn't do much of an inspection, just kind off a shady vibe. He told me he's going to get the money lined up with some financing guy he'll call me, really felt like a tire kicker. We talked a little...
I can give good advice here. I've known and worked with the owner going on 10 years now. I'm not up for personally vouching for people IDK, but I'm pretty sure he/they won't like this idea. If you do make thinks work between you, remember that ratio is very important, as is the ratio of everyone...

I think you're getting built up over small/none issue. I understand the frustration, but...
For every cop that has hassled me because of my SS, and there have been a few, there are 2-3 positive interactions. Just like everywhere else, you have your ******** and you have your good people.
I was with SF 14 years, I had motorcycle with them for the past 4. It started at $90/m(very good at the time) and eventually went up to $145. I switched recently and now I pay $78. The car insurance was expensive regardless. I must say though, in the end I was always happy with their business.
