Thanks NewDude. I am for sure going to go with a 250 as my new bike based on your info as well as my reasearch. It seems like when people buy their first bike with a 125 cc they tend to get rid of it within weeks.
Do you happen to have any contact info for OMSCA and does it require that you have your own bike? I already have my gear as far as helmet/gloves/boots but no bike yet.
I contacted Learning Curves and was told that the closest one is in Toronto but I'll look into Kitchener and Guelph. It would be so much more convenient. What year/make 250 cc do you recommend?
I'm 38 Yrs old and about 173 cm but on the slim side (165lbs). I have already looked into the Learner's course however I live in Cambridge and so far the closest one available is in Toronto. Unless you may be able to suggest something closer by.
Hey all soon to be fellow riders. I just got my M1 and I'm looking to get my first bike. I'm thinking a 2007 Honda Cbr 125 cc and up. I always envisioned myself on a bigger bike but I really want to do this safely. Any input or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Cambridge/West Galt.
