Wouldn't be able to get insurance on the rebuild title bike if that was the case, wouldn't be able to sneak it by 2 two and the insurance company.

That's strange because my title says rebuilt but I was allowed to get insurance and plates for it.

I wasn't asking what rebuild is. Does others here have any experience buying and riding a rebuild and are there any issues with owning and re-selling a rebuild bike.
