Word. Both of our sons (10 and 8 ) are autistic. If this coward had the balls to do this to us, I'd have to do the same. That is, if my wife didn't get to her first.
Yeah, just happened to be on vacation this last two weeks and I'm taking the wife and kids to Sauble beach for the weekend. I'll keep an eye on this thread for future rides though.
I've wanted to ride As far back as I can remember, it just never worked out before that point. Don't take it as I don't want to spend time with my family, I do. Just need to spend time alone doing something I love as well.
+1. I didn't start riding until I got married and had two kids. Need to escape sometimes. Don't give up riding just cause you are getting married. It'll be much harder to get back into when you realize your mistake.
I know what you mean. I recently went for a ride with a dude who was doubling speed limits, passing on unbroken yellows on curves on mountain accesses and pulling wheelies in traffic. I think people would do best to ride their own ride and remember the PACE principles.
