Got the same response from Allstate.

Just got my renewal slip in the mail. Increased by $12 extra a month/ will be paying $124/month now. In rage started calling other companies, and after hearing quotes of $3000-4000/year, I calmly simmered down. Waiting for Allstate to call me back and see what they offer. Have a feeling...

I also live minutes away from Riders Choice and refuse to go in there. I will make the excursion to GP any day. Plus getting 20% on stuff sways my decision. But even if Riders Choice gave me the 20% off I still would go to GP
