Yes.
I've walked many sections of the RHP in a professional capacity and it's porous and slick even in dry conditions. It literally feels more like plastic than pavement.
The GTA housing market is being influenced by some very unique circumstances which will likely prop the market up for another 10+ years, unless we suffer a complete economic collapse, which is certainly a possibility.
a few years back immigration laws changed in Canada so that very few...
I've had one magical fall ride on the brp and skyline drive, where there was very little traffic, didn't see a park ranger and rode way too fast. It was my first ride on the brb and I just fell into a fantastic flow for two days.
the next time I rode it, I was followed by a park ranger for an...
candian tire sells a car seat, gel pad, covered in a non-slip slip, for $40. It goes on sale for $10 a few times a year. I bought a couple of them a few years back and they work great, if not a little too big for most bike seats. Finally this year I cut them down and re-sized them to fit the...
What i would do is rattle can the paint yourself and then take it to an auto body shop for the clear coat. They should only charge you about $40, but it will be worth the money for a well done job you know will keep the gas from eating the paint.
the clear coat is less forgiving than the paint...

nice looking little bike you got there.
I would buy cheap aftermarket bar end mirrors off flea-bay if it were me.
and careful when gassing up. If you haven't put a protective clear coat over your rattle can paint job, gas is gonna eat the paint if you spill any.
don't kid yourself, AKC registered breeders who breed for conformation have ruined a lot of breeds as many, many standards have absolutely nothing to do with a "purpose" and everything to do with a particular breed fancier group whim. It's gotten so bad that many breeds have split into two or...
I've put 100,000 km's on my 01 monster 900 and am only on my second clutch. Other than oil, tires and brake pads, I had to replace shims once.
Oh...... I did have to replace a couple belt rollers at around 60,000 km's
I did a very similar trip, going through the same area abou 8-9 years ago during the hottest heatwave there in 75 years. While I didn't get as bad off as you I did get dehydrated and completely remember it as a hot blast furnace. I stopped every 2 hours and drank two large bottles of gatorade...
