Thanks for all the tips and stuff in this thread guys. Did my M2 exit in Oshawa today and passed with only 4 points deducted. Hadn't ridden in about 3 years, so I was pretty nervous, but it all came back to me pretty fast :)

I've read that the Icon knee guards tend to slide down the leg, as there's no strap above the knee (haven't tried them personally). I have the Knox cross guards which are pretty comfortable and easily hidden under pants, in addition to being CE rated. They're not much more expensive either, $75...

Check out the Knox Cross Guard knee protectors. They have 3 velcro straps that will prevent them from sliding down your knees, are comfortable, and can easily fit under jeans.

Is that rim tape, or have they been painted red?
