I was at the Polestar dealership on Friday getting my first service (wipers and cabin filter) and saw lots of 2024 P2 models on the lot for $45k, as was mentioned.

Maranello BMW in Vaughan this Thur & Friday ... I got an e-mail from them and clicked the 'RSVP' link but nothing back yet from them since yesterday morning. I'm there Friday.

The R18's are CHEAP used as they're not selling as mentioned but I'll have to test ride one ... no other way to tell if it's even worth buying.

Did they have an R18 out and if so get any feedback on that?

Polestar 3 & 4's are having annoying software bug issues and credit where it's due but Tesla has that part figured out.

100% agree even if it's not intense ... I'll just not see things or be aware of things I'd otherwise be if I'm not talking. The brain is using part of its computing power on the conversation that otherwise would be on the drive/ride.

Saw & heard my first Dodge Daytona Scat Pack today. He had the Fratzonic exhaust on and it sounded pretty convincing (nice V8 rumble). It never "shifted" though so I kept expecting the sound to peak and then drop down ... not sure if it did or not as he got further away from me but it was good...

I'll still be commuting to work until I retire in 4 or so years ... will be farther than now but I can put up with that for those years and may end up working out a deal to work from home 1 or 2 days a week.
