Thanks guys for all the feedback. As I mentioned originally I love riding my bike but when it comes to fixing these type of issues I'm pretty useless. This morning I will hook the bike up to a multimeter and see what the battery reads. From all the suggestions I think my best bet is keeping...
Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone on this forum may be able to help me out. About a month ago I tried to start my bike and the battery seemed dead (nothing turned on). New battery installed last year. I was in a rush so I put the battery on a trickle charger and when I got home from work the...
It was a 4 into 2 exhaust from a 77 honda cb550 and the price was $300. Best price I could find by far. He made a mistake with the pricing and he said regular pricing is $350 but because he quoted $300 he would honour it. Take that for what it's worth.
So I got my pipes back from Rice Rocket and they did a great job. Hopefully these are as durable as everyone says. It took them a bit longer than they promised but overall I'm happy with the experience.
Thanks for all the info guys. Exhaust was dropped off to Rice Rocket this past weekend. I should have it back within a week. I'll keep you guys updated once I get everything back.

That being...
So the hose for my crankcase filter broke (burnt actually) and I'm trying to find a new heater hose that will attach to the filter and the vent case on my bike. I can't seem to find this hose anywhere. I think the inner diameter needs to be 12mm. I may need an elbow or straight connector as...
This is not how the shocks were before I went over the bump. Everything was sitting higher but since then it's like the shocks are compressed or have given out.
I didn't realize these were aftermarket. Good to know. When the backside of the bike lowered it also blew a fuse so I'm assuming under the seat / rear fender a wire may have come loose so at this point the bike won't turn on and the backside is basically resting on the rear wheel.
The guy who...
I don't know much about bikes but basically I went over a speed bump and the bike died or blew a fuse (main fuse was blown). When I got off the entire back section of the bike was much lower and almost sitting on the rear wheel. I assume the short happened when the wires for the rear light...
