i would live with the flashing but they dont flash at all they stay solid

working on a project cb750f, im sure its on a 12v flasher, im swapping out the bulbs for led lights. im sure i need to add a resistor some where to make them flash or do i just replace the relay, any tips tricks and hints ???? thanks
