I get this all the time. To be clear, I think the OP is talking about loss of blood flow and not numbness due to vibrations, am I correct? I get it only in my right arm and I frequently need to pull in the clutch and coast for as long as I can and shake some feeling back into my hand. I'm pretty...
lol... FINE CC... always good advice but I'm sure that wasn't the case... what's funny is that I was sitting there with the kickstand down, wondering why it wouldn't start when it dawned on me... palmsmack... but sadly, even with the kickstand up, it still wouldn't start.
I tend to agree with...
I stored my Honda Rebel 250 in my father-in-law's garage over the winter. He has a Motomaster trickle charger thingy and said that he'd take care of the battery over the winter so I removed the battery and gave it to him before I covered up the bike for storage.
This spring, I put the battery...

I guess another way to put this would be... Am I allowed to ride my bike south of the border with my M2? If I got pulled over, would they care that it wasn't a full M license?
Rental places say that they require that you have a valid motorcycle license but the ones that I've looked at don't seem to indicate whether an M2 is ok or if a full M is required.
Specifically, I'm looking to rent one in Arizona while I'm there on business in March.
Our M2 seems, for the most...
Actually, I discovered that the ticket you get from the meter has two parts to it. You simply tear it along the perforation and keep the receipt part in your pocket while leaving the other half on your bike. That is your proof.
Bought this as a starter bike last year and now I'm ready to move up to something larger. Professionally stored last winter with full tune-up in the spring. Added saddle bags and a new rear tire as well. Runs great and served its purpose as a first bike. It allowed me to learn and gain the...
A buddy of mine just came across this accident on his way to work. An 1100cc motorcycle hit a deer along Highway 97. An off-duty paramedic was one of the first responders on the scene but it didn't look good. The rider looked to be in his 60s.
if anyone out there learns more about this...
Easy dasiffy. We don't want to be too hard on the OP. No one should have had to go through that but you do make a good point... Riding a bike has to make you a better operator of a vehicle than everyone else. You have to ride as if everyone is out to get you and maybe that's what dasiffy meant...
I'll be leaving from Burloak and QEW at 6pm sharp. Down to the lakeshore and across for a 7pm burrito. I'll post exact coordinates for anyone that is interested.
Weather permitting, I'm definitely going to Burrito Boyz on Tuesday! :-)
I usually take the scenic route down Lakeshore. If anyone wants to ride along, I'll post my departure time and point.
