I agree, but must add that my statement wasn't that the 2.7 could not handle the towing, it was that it gets pretty thirsty if it has to work hard.

I love the 2.7 motor. I've had the 5.0, the 3.5 and the 2.7 Just ordered my 2021 with 2.7 again. If you are not doing a lot of towing, that motor is a no brainer.

No modification required. I've done 2 m90's and both were fine. The stock 240 fits with about 1/8" - 1/4" space to the swingarm.

When I had mine, I swapped out the 210/17" rim and slapped in the m109 240/18". Really made it look better imo, and didn't hurt handling too much.

It's a good bike with a strong motor, you will love it.
