Weird, I have had no problem with winds reception, maybe its the phone, or area you are in? I have full reception and can talk or stream video from my basement perfectly fine.... I have had a couple black spots were service cuts out, but I just work around that and save about 70% on my phone...

Wind is half the price with unlimited data (Slowed down after 5GB)....I understand the zones and if your in them 90% of the time they are damn hard to beat. I have 2 phones with wind, Canada/US calling, unlimited data and text for $85/month for both phones, The same plan from them is $80/month...
