While I appreciate everyone's input, I have since deleted the email. It's not worth my time and effort to pursue this (as fun as it may have been) :D. For those of you who may be interested, I found this article on the net.

I received a response from a rental ad I posted on KIJIJI. Obviously a scammer, I'm interested in having a little fun. Anyone have ideas? I was thinking when the time comes and he sends a fraudulent cheque my way, I could also ask for $5 USD in cash as a bank processing fee or something. :D
