The Bad Drivers of Ontario Thread

Yrp posted a good one. Wanker. https://www.facebook.com/reel/767473083106326/?mibextid=rS40aB7S9Ucbxw6v

    R3 Tire Suggestion

@Brian P races an r3 when he isn't playing on Superbikes overseas. He probably has good input.

Enough of COVID...what are you doing to the house?

I obviously had low voltage Kevin in here before. He needs a throat punch. Wrangled the wires into the 1" cable and tested. Complete chaos at the other end. Wtf. Pulled jack and it was wired br/brw/g/gw/bl/blw/o/ow. 3" back was a flying splice with wires twisted together. Wtf again. Cut out that...

Any GTAM'ers own an electric vehicle?

It's quieter than the nearby mustang/R8/Cobbed Subie but much louder than a normal ice vehicle.

Can you change the volume of the exterior spaceship noise on your new car? One lives up the road and used to be pretty quiet but recently you can hear the spaceship noises inside our house when it drives past.

Where are all the trials bikes?

You'd be better off with a dirt bike (or enduro) with a seat.

Law Enforcement - The Good, The Bad, The Ugly.....

My last car was tinted (not dark, maybe 30% VLT). I rolled down the windows when backing up at night as visibility through the tint and off the mirrors was questionable. Windshield was untinted. You don't see many tinted windshields in Ontario.

Like most power tools. Pay attention to cutting forces and where you and the work will end up if something slips. Don't put yourself in a position where the sharp bits/projectile can get you or anyone else. A jointer with the guard on is reasonably safe. With the wood in the way there is no...

A jointer is helpful if you are crafting in wood (furniture, cutting boards, etc). For gc, I would very rarely use it. A hand power planer is smaller and more useful for gc stuff imo.

Law Enforcement - The Good, The Bad, The Ugly.....

It is though. Hidden plates defeat alpr which identifies many crimes. Window tint is a problem for an officer on a traffic stop who can't see what they are walking up to. It also helps insulate people from consequences as the drivers can't be seen by witnesses/cameras. By themselves, tint and...

Caledon did a tint and plate blitz. I suspect most entitled wankers won't change the vehicles and just pay the fines. https://www.ctvnews.ca/barrie/article/over-700-drivers-nailed-for-illegal-window-tints-covered-licence-plates-in-opp-blitz/

I ordered some keystone females. Flying jacks are gross but hopefully they work out. The keystone needs less cable (half the width). Thanks for your help.

    Canada Post - Huge losses

My bad. I've known a lot of male Jan's. I'm still not fully reprogrammed to use they for safety. Yes, she works for the union but the union has a contract with Canada Post. If Canada Post was insolvent and a new national mail carrier (call it CP2 for now) existed, CP2 would start without a...

    Canada Post - Huge losses

Perfect example of why the grenade should have been thrown. He is not concerned about reality. Blow it up and start again and you don't need to deal with him.

ESA needs certified batteries and other requirements. I don't know if the china batteries would comply. Bulletin 64-8-2 provides lots of guardrails. The rules keep changing. When I was looking, below grade was impossible. It looks like they allow below grade now. That helps me as I have a cold...
