Yeah its a Sauna on wheels 7x8' I would Highly recommend a Sauna....great for the body and mind. Just picked it up last week. Plan to stain outside with a good UV and anti fungal stain.

I had a metal roof installed back in 2017, no complaints thus far, Depending on your roof pitch plan to use snow guards. Paid $10500. And I clean the chimney when its still warm out for traction on roof. I live in a a area where wind is a problem have watched the neighbors shingles get blown off...

Depends on what you like, I don't drive my 2023 f250 daily but like the firm ride and don't care about mileage which I don't find bad. averaging 16.5l/100. My 2008 sierra RCSB with 4.8 and 4.11 gears on 33" tires gets 15.5l/100. To me it rides like a truck should be. Only thing I don't like...

Just traded in my 17 f150 RCSB for a 2023 f250 Superduty XLT 7.3 federal/Godzilla motor, just used to tow up to my property in Mattawa, hope it last me a while. Pick it up next weekend.
