New bike, old bike, oil change and service indicator

A customer wanted to testdrive and make a decision on a new bike (over $20K). His old one got a "service" indicator, so he took the bike to the dealership, and really nice and helping people there let him take their demo (same model he wants) for a day while they change oil. Bike was great, fits...

Dropped a bike, grass on the road, need advise

some update - talked to a lawer, they confirm that i have to call insurance so insurance takes care of my bike, and lawers will take care of injuries. They also said that most likely insurance will consider me as "at fault". They can not sue the city or tdsb without involving insurance.

Dropped a bike, grass on the road, need advise

Thanks everybody, but I'd appreciate an advice - what to do? Should I call my insurance and let them take care of the bike repair, or should I claim with the city? and do not call insurance? Or both?

When I push my bike with engine off

Why wouldn't they instead of rioting/picketing get better education/take some courses/learn something useful and find a better job.

When I push my bike with engine off

Well, they know how to piss people off in more or less legal way. They do not block the street - they block driveway to the company property by walking back and forth on the pedestrian walkway in front of it. Technically and legally you must let pedestrians go before turning to that driveway -...

When I push my bike with engine off

"It's a matter of the picket protocol for that location" - Protocol says "cars wait, pedestian and bicycles go". Please comment. I see that you a very smart person. Thanks.
