you can try royal distributing. I think HJCs start around 120. Buying a cheap helmet is wasting your money, unless you think your head isnt worth it. If you ever plan on buying a bike you are going to have to get a helmet. Just make the investment and get a good one.

its unreasonable to expect the dealership to do something for you. yes it sucks that it happended to early in the bikes ownership. but you, like everybody else should pay for the patch and move on
