alright thanks all. I took a look at the areas around guelph, elora, fergus etc, the lakes and rivers and I think I have some good roads to check out. I definitly like what I see and theres still plenty of season left to explore. thanks all. the grand river looks interesting.

Hey all. Update. Three days till trial for a second time (first time I got an adjournment) and after several requests for disclosure I still have not received. This is my second trial. What do you recommend I do? Clearly I cant give a case if I don't have disclosure.

Yeah this is going to be tough. I just cant believe that the judge allowed for an adjournment after I had requested three times for disclosure and never received. The judge is unreasonable.

Requested twice via fax. First time few weeks before trial, second time a few hours after my trial and adjournment ordered.

Actually I requested a forth time right after I posted that. So four times and still no disclosure to date. That would be correct.

Update I went to court and it definitely didn't go as planned. Cop showed and I approached judge and was requesting a dismissal based on the facts that the prosecution had not gave me disclosure after three times requesting. Judge didn't care, and told me I have an adjournment at the very best...

Okay well its now sunday night and I dont have the disclosure and I have court on tuesday. So I guess im going in with no preparation and asking for an dismissal if the cops there, or an adjournment if the dismissal doesn't work - assuming the cop does show up. Not much else I can do right.

What happends if they send me the disclosure like tomorrow or within next few days? It still leaves me with barely any time to make up some questions...

Alright thanks. I filed for disclosure (called them and they told me to send an email, I sent it with everything I needed). Now just waiting. Im thinking of calling them today to make sure that they got my email.
