100km or so on Saturday. Good to get out for a final ride. Something about putting up Christmas stuff in the morning and riding in the afternoon just felt RIGHT.
2 wheels anywhere is my happy place. 80kph cruising on some meandering country roads, letting the 1000 stretch her legs now and again, or 15-25 kph in the dirt with the 2 smoker, and even at idle tagging along with my young boys on their 50s....all seem to wash away the stresses of the day to day.
All of my orders have been a random mix of auto, kitchen, yard and general house stuff. Usually place the order in the morning and by the afternoon its ready for pickup.
Got myself in trouble once for getting out of my vehicle to help (mask on of course) as I feel its so inhumane for them to...
Fun Police Alert!
Seeing a lot about the EPA and its push to ban street cars (including trucks and motorcycles) to be converted to racecars in the U.S. on YouTube lately.
Enforcement against performance parts. Petitions circulating to support the Recognizing the Protection of Motorsports Act...
I have a few friends that buy all of their BRP stuff (ATVs, Sleds, SeaDoos) from Liam (Owner) Chris Petraitus (Sales) at Gateway Power Sports up in Peterborough for 10 years now. Always great service by the sounds of it.
Motorsport Related - met and did a track day with a bunch of in-car time at CTMP with David Empringham (and John Farano). What a fascinating career David had! From open wheel to Cup Series to hired gun for Global Time Attack stuff. His Time Attack days were wild. Paid major money to fly...
I didn't read the 11 pages of this thread to see if it was already posted, but figured i'd pass on a forum that has a lot of good info for the tiny travel trailer world.

Good info on fitting out our cargo trailers for motorcycles too.
I have a PA one as my backup to an enclosed trailer. Read all the reviews and was skeptic. Used it a few times now for trips to the Ganny from Burlington area. Works great and no real concerns. Added a $15 4-pin lighting package from PA (thanks Newman) for the extra "don't give cops a reason to...
Got out for about an hour and a half ride around Halton yesterday. Lots of bikes out which was great to see. Wanted to stay out longer, but lots of other outdoor stuff to wrap up at the house before this weather turns.
Almost 300km down through Niagara and back on Friday.
Long Johns and a hoodie under regular gear. 5 degrees when we left, warmed up to 10, then back down to 6 when we got back.
Chilly but worth it to get out in November. Fingers crossed for another ride or two.
