yeah, insurance should be able to cover it. and yeah with my bags covering the actual GS500F stickers, most people mistake it for a gixxer. there is also a very nice aprillia in my lot!

okay follow-up question: I havent taken apart my triple tree in the past, and im wondering if i can even take it off with the steering lock still engaged? will the steering lock prevent the removal of the triple? thanks!

for real! i don't know why they would want mine. there are much nicer and more expensive bikes in our condo lot. i put new tires on this season...? its in pretty good very clean condition? i have saddle bags on the thing and use it for commuting. people just suck.

great info here. i am looking for the same thing on my GS500. I have run the stock original tires now for over 20,000kms. Front is starting to scallop a bit...going to try out the AM26 as well.

i saw it too. eastbound just east of Allen. big group of riders and some guys were pushing a bike off the road. didnt look like anyone was badly hurt but alot of plastic everywhere. hope all is well.

i have used my HJC blue mirrored tint for about 7 seasons now. it has some scratches but not anywhere near unusable. the tint is on the outside. i clean it as a normal visor and it serves me well.
