Don't you still need to break the bolt loose with a manual ratchet, then switch to this? It would probably be easier to just stay with the ratchet.

I'd still be wary. Even if you don't notice clutch slippage and shifts are smooth, extra wear could still be happening, eg to the clutch plate, or bearing/gear damage due to lower shear stability under high rpm. I don't think the risk is is worth it to save $35 a year.

I thought almost all modern car oils had friction modifiers ("energy conserving") so all of them will cause problems with slippage with a motorcycle's clutch? Which car oil do you use in your bike that doesn't? I used to use Rotella T6 which is not marketed as a motorcycle oil, but it is...

I wash my car with ONR and I get it from carzilla.ca. But they ship from Alberta so it might take a few days. No-rinse wash and waterless wash are not the same thing. If you just want waterless wash you can get the cheap simoniz product from canadian tire.

That's not been my experience. I bought a shoei gt air 2 a couple years ago. Nothing about it is better than previous mid-range helmets I had, and in some ways it's worse (very clunky shield release mechanism). I doubt I'll buy another shoei.
