    Useless oil filter wrench

    Take a strip of course sandpaper and double it over with the sand exposed to the outside, then wrap the strip around the filter so that the sand rests up against the filter. Then on the exposed sand side wrap your crappy tire strap wrench, bob's your uncle the filter will spin off. ;)

    Try the River Rd. from Horning Mills (just off 124 north of Shelbourne). The River Rd runs east connects with the 20th Sideroad which continues east to Airport Rd. You won't be disappointed, watch for several decreasing radius turns both left and righthanders. Some gravel at the cross-roads...
