Wow. I can't believe you had to pay the full $500. I would've kept my $500 taken the bike, thrown in through their front store window and called insurance to claim the bike stolen... used that $500 for my deductible. lol. Seriously though, it must be the full responsiblity of the seller to...

I JUST called the 1-800 number on their website and after 30 seconds of hold music I was connected with a customer service guy. Doesn't appear to be a scam to me! Some great clearance prices too. I'd definitely consider buying from them. Don't see why not.
