    Phone mount for Motorcycles

I use a ram mount, and been very happy with it. Occasionally if I get an unexpected rain i'll just grab it and stuff it in my jacket. Though a zip loc bag probably would work on a day when I know i'm going to get wet.

    Metal distressing/aging

Ask, and google shall provide :) http://i.ebayimg.com/t/1lb-Powder-Coat-Coating-Copper-Vein-Polyester-/00/s/NDgwWDY0MA==/$(KGrHqJ,!j!E5duZJtq)BO(6!-oZ7!~~60_3.JPG Copper looks pretty neat. Talk to a local powder coater, he'll have sample i'm sure.

    Metal distressing/aging

If you want to pit it, and create a 100 year old wrought iron look, your going to need to either use a super volitile acid, or look at some high build vein powdercoating. http://www.elpasopowdercoating.com/images/uploads/silver_vein.jpg

    GPS again

Bought and returned the Zumo this past year. It desperately needs updating. It's the best 1996 had to offer in GPS technology, wrapped in a fantastic motorcycle specific mount and waterproof box and great hardwiring. But seeing my other buddy's running 85$ units with a little careful use of...

    Chinese rotors

Two sets of warped OEM's by 20k prompted me to try a fleabay set. No issues so far, they've outlasted BMW OEM's so far.

Small wear and tear, should tire be changed?

Replaced the OE tires on my wifes 08 SV this year, she had racked up 15k on them and they still had some tread left, but were getting fairly square and dry. I agree with Rick, as long as your not expecting the world from them, they've still got 5k left in them.

    Fender eliminator enforcement?

We installed that particular kit on my wife's SV. She was nearly hit 30 minutes into her first ride. The car took the time to turn around, found us in a gas station and say 'i'm really sorry, but both your brake light and signal are totally invisible, when you turned I was totally taken by...

    Fender eliminator enforcement?

Had an OPP officer give me a 'talking to' for an entirely stock un-cut fender, missing the red reflector below the plate. He'd mentioned at least two tickets with ~100$ fines, and said 'and I could tow it too'. Just depends how bored they are.

    Netflix Users?

Damages was pretty good for a TV serial. I started hopeful with netflix, but it's going down hill unless something substantial happends in terms of content. Browsing through the US site gives me a headache it's so much better.

Anyone tried the pinlock transition lens?

Just 2c more on pinlock anti-fog inserts. I'd never bothered installing the pinlock in my Nolan, promptly forgot about it, and had fogging issues that winter. Tried every old wives tale I could find, sprays, wipes, you name it. The next winter i'd re-discovered that insert and put it in...
