You might wanna check your facts before you tell people wrong information. Statefarm requires 6 years of driving experience no age requirement though it does drop alot at 25 just like every other insure company.

The bike is stuttering between idle and 5000rpm. Sounds like a harley. It also stutters if I give it abrupt throttle. I have changed the spark plugs and still had the same issues.
