Oh fill it full. We run about an hour on all layouts on a tank of fuel. (GSXR-1000)

Easy way is start with tank empty. Then Friday morning practice put 12 Litres in do 12 laps, syphon what ever is left over. This will give you a ball park what you will need per layout. Remember to have a little extra for race pace and any possible delays with out fuel up option. Canadian tire...

I don't have a road bike, but I took the visor outside today and it was about a 15sec lapse to dark tint. The small print says cold weather caused slower transition But it seems like it will work really well.
