They are not connected to anything. Just three connectors tucked away from the rest of the wiring. They are definitely not meant to be connected to anything for normal bike operations.
I think the yellow one might be a diagnostic connector from the looks of it. The other two dark red / brown ones should be directly connected to the battery.

I'm wondering if one of them is for an aftermarket non-ducati charger. Maybe an Optimate charger connector?
I found one with the function to delay 40 or 20 seconds after the initial flashing. So if you are stuck in traffic you are not constantly flashing the car behind you.
