How many ks do you have on the front tire? Just throwing something out there if you didn't find the fender cut it up could there be an alignment problem or issue down on the axle with the pinch bolts? Just a thought

So if you were to shift every gear at say 7000, the bike would be fine? If everything's OK until 8000 sounds like a fuel or electrical problem.

Does the bike idle smooth as normal? The timing chain is NOT your problem. When you hit 8000 rpm. Does it sound like its bogging out or does it sound like its hitting rev limiter??

I'd say wheel bearings as well but if your feeling problems in the front and back its hard to imagine both wheel bearings went at the same time. Unless the front of the bike is screwing with the back or vice versa.
