Cheap vintage insurance

Just got quotes from Co-operators for my 76 CB750 F and my 68 CD125. $121 and $114 respectively.
Max 3000kms per year and no commuting. Since these bikes are for plunking around, not pounding big miles and as I'm retired there is no commute.

Their online quote won't allow you to enter a year older than 1991, so I'm guessing you called in? Or did you use a broker? Did they need you to get an appraisal?

The general consensus of the CVMG group I belong to is that you need to contact a broker at Co-operators for vintage insurance.
Not all brokers offer this policy.
No appraisal is needed because there is no collision coverage.
I have my 1980 V50 Moto Guzzi covered by this policy.
Even when I last renewed a mortgage my banker advised he was authorized to give a better rate than you will get online.

My buddy had this on his bike and he sent contact info. I called them and got a quote after submitting some basic data on me and the bikes. They need pics and ownership to get the policy and an apprasial if you want comp.

I had no collision coverage with NFP/Echelon and they required an appraisal. However I did have comprehensive, which is an absolute must (for me). So which brokers offer it that you know of?

This is who a lot of Eastern Shield Division CVMG deal with.
I did not need an appraisal just ownership and drivers licence to prove number of years with
motorcycle operators permit (predates M designation)
Ontario records don't even go back to when I got mine in1968.

Did they force you to get a recognized appraisal? That’s always been the showstopper for me.
