What's the deal with orange Loctite? It's "removable" so is that like blue? I have orange but I have yet to use it.

Orange is a lot stronger than blue but still releases without heat. Better for larger fasteners than blue.

Sure but on things like small machine screws you may want to add some heat as they aren't hard to strip. I'd stick with blue as first line and use orange when I need more hold.
