Horrible roads everywhere

Been noticing this year, the conditions of the roads have gotten REALLY bad, even in the car, the giant potholes, chunks of road missing make for a jarring drive...

Probably has something to do with the brutal winter and all the snowplows

Guys riding around on their adventure bikes and T7's on yonge street dont looks so silly now

It's also partly due to municipal neglect.
In my area the city spends money on unnecessary bicycle lanes that nobody asked for rather than repairs to the road surface.
My local auto repair shop guy sends his kids to university and buys yachts solely on the revenue generated by suspension work on customer cars.

It’s been a brutal winter for roads across Ontario. The further north you go, the worse it gets.

Gravel highways are particularly bad this spring.

I often say. Riding on road is like riding off road now.

Don't ride in Sudbury, that is next level, worse then Hamilton, like potholes with potholes.

Toronto did a decent job of pothole repair, there were some bad one's around my hood, all patched up.

My brother lives is Sudbury so I know the town well. Their roads are an adventure.

The paved pathways on the Hamilton municipal golf courses are in just as bad, or worse condition. I played yesterday, and I think I got whiplash a half dozen times riding in the cart.
Truly pathetic.

Southwood was repaved recently, or at least most of it was. It's actually quite smooth and enjoyable!
Last time I was on it was probably about 3 years ago and was only partly done. A friend's headlight shook loose loose on the bumpy section. I thought as of last season it was still incomplete, but every little bit helps!

My street in Ottawa hasn’t been replaced since I moved here - fifteen years ago.
The riding roads I’ve been on this year have been good.
