Are we going to see some bikes disappear?

We’ll likely see fewer motorcycle models because they’re getting more expensive to design and build, rules keep getting stricter, and sales are spread thin across too many options. To save money, manufacturers will stick to a smaller lineup of bikes that can do more rather than lots of niche models. My 2 cents, didn't watch video.

I have my doubts it will happen as outlined in the video.

That said... same as it ever was. MV sure proved that they are the kiss of death yet again, though.

AI rubbish. Clickbait. Couldn't get past the first few seconds.

Lots of AI slop running around.

I hesitate pointing out the obvious clues as these telltale signs will eventually disappear as the technology gets more advanced.

But in this video, listen to the way narrator pronounces certain names:

0:50 "Hoosk-varna"
0:55 "Husk-varna"

Also, AI narrates scripts verbatim and don't sound conversational at all. If you were to read this out loud:

10:32: ".. unofficial discounts of $3,000 to $5,000"

wouldn't you say, "unofficial discounts of 3-to-5 thousand dollars" instead of reading it as it was written?

Overly long pauses at commas create stilted delivery:

16:29: ".. meanwhile, service intervals. That are shorter than Japanese alternatives. And labour rates that can exceed $200/hour. At some dealerships. Create a financial burden. That rational consumers increasingly struggle to justify".

Mispronounced homographs (words that are written the same, but are pronounced differently):

19:20: "For riders under 40, Harleys traditional brand associations: Freedom. Rebellion. American Heritage. Often read as outdated or even negative.

"read" pronounced past-tense as "red", not present-tense "reed".

The biggest giveaway are the other videos on the channel:

Same click-bait topic, repackaged into different videos published over a overly-quick-turnaround and short time-frame.

Classic engagement farming.

Was thinking of starting a thread about identifying AI slop, but it's changing so rapidly, the most we can do is point it out in real-time.

Reading out a year as "one thousand nine hundred eighty four" is another hilarous AI tipoff.

I don't understand why this crap is being forced on us. I don't want AI videos, I don't want AI pictures, I don't want AI in google results, I don't want AI in facebook. If the crap had an "OFF" button, I would press it.

I think what's egregious is that the content hosting services encourage AI slop because it boosts advertiser viewership numbers.

I'm a YouTube Premium subscriber (ya ya, don't judge), and even I can't mark channels to be permanently blocked.
