AGV helmet recall

Now i need a K7. Hopefully i can find one before spring.
Apex told me the K7 won't be available till March. And Thibault won't be distributing AGV anymore. Kimpex is.
I bought my K6 from these guys:

I tested them with a few low priced purchases, including some Shad luggage pieces which were a fraction of the price here. Everything came quickly without any surprises or extra charges. When the K6 came I got nailed for GST at the Post Office. Factoring that in, my final cost was about 15% less than what it would have cost me here. They are based in Spain but the stuff shipped from Netherlands via DHL.
My K6 does not have a DOT sticker, but the Euro safety rating is accepted in Canada.
