Moto Social events

I went to two of the Hamilton Moto social events and they were pretty good. I have no real interest in going into GTA, and since COVID I think I have been into Toronto proper maybe 3 times and to be honest it was 3 times too many. Just cannot handle the traffic - the older I get the less FK's I have to give.

August Moto Hamilton @ Aquanova Brewery: This was an excellent location as Frid is a dead end street that runs parallel to a main arterial road so it get little through traffic. It is easy to get to from the 403/Red Hill Expressway, or Burlington Street (it will never be Tesla Blvd to me) , although the construction on York Blvd downtown was a real pain but there was alternatives to get around it. I went home with an assorted 8 pack of cool new beers and got to see some pretty cool bikes - win/win in my books.

Sept Moto Hamilton @ RAW Roots in Stoney Creek: Old SC has a very picturesque town vibe surrounded by city. Several large parking lots were close to the coffee shop, and King St is not that busy so getting in and out is quite easy. The tent with the entertainment was a nice touch, but my only complaint was a coffee shop with no milk or cream!!?? Call me old school but I do not want almond milk or soy milk in my coffee ;)

After a long winter I know I will probably be looking forward to the May event - hint........Brant Street in Burlington, King St West in Dundas or Westdale would be good meeting places.
