A section of the road east of Point Pelee had fallen into the lake but is most likely repaired by now.
You can ride the Bruce Peninsula to Tobermory and go thru Lion's Head

That section I did in 3 days but I am old and decrepit so I like to keep it under 400km per day.
120 on the 400s and 80 to 100 on the secondary roads.
A lot of built up areas with traffic around Windsor & Sarnia
Assuming you are from the GTA area counter clockwise might be a good option.
The best part of the trip will be at the beggining.
If you find you are behind schedule or bad weather you can just blast back home on the 401.
I always like to get an early start and shut down mid afternoon.
Once I have established my base for the day then I can go exploring locally.
That mid afternoon nap makes the day go better for me.

If I had 3 days and had to stay in Ontario, I'd probably go exploring around Muskoka and then across to the Highlands. I'd also take the 4-series highways there and back to have more time in tose areas. Taking side roads up north or east just don't make any sense to me. And if you're taking the KRL, you'll enjoy Southwood even with its potholes
