think there was some discussion of this awhile back
looks like another club "track" aimed at the 1% crowd
get a McLaren because you're bored and store it at the club

not designed at all for motorsport enthusiasts
 
It appears to be being designed without consideration for motorcycles. FIA doesn't equal FIM. Doesn't look like it will be spectator-friendly, either.

My understanding is that this is going to be mostly for auto manufacturers and suppliers to do their internal testing and validation behind closed doors, akin to the GM Proving Grounds, or Chrysler's Chelsea Proving Grounds, and maybe for a few rich folks to play with their exotic cars now and again, depending upon who buys in.
