Who's still riding? (Fall & Winter 2019 Edition)

Walkin kiddo to bus stop i found it chilly! Lets hope it warms up over the weekend..or that the wind lets out

saw a bit of snow this morning during my commute. That pretty much is the end of it for me unless the weather decides give us a nice warm day.
Just need one last ride after work to change the oil and store it :)

Was out yesterday in the rain after getting the valves and a few other things done.

Have to sort out my driving lights as they don't seem to be turning on now.

I rode in to work today. Before I left home I saw snow streamers heading down to just north of my preferred route in to work (Goodwood Road and Bloomington.)

Near Brock it actually hit pretty hard for a bit. I wasn't terribly concerned as even at 0 it was unlikely to freeze but decided to be safe. Instead of taking Goodwood/Bloomington I went down Brock to 407 to get away from it.

Kind of fun in high gusts to see how well the bike tracks in cross winds when you relax on the handlebars (or let go.)

It's fun until it's not. Hit the feeler on the peg while going in a straight line in a huge crosswind before. That sure as hell wakes you up.

Woke to see two inches of snow everywhere in Barrie today.

Does it count as a Novemberide if it is in Australia? We're doing the Great Ocean Road towards Melbourne today. Unfortunately for us, it may be raining, although I would have to say that it's needed. The landscape is parched and all open fires are banned.

Wouldn't that count as MAY on this side of the Hemisphere?

I think today was my last commute day. I'll go the odd day, but with the clocks turning back it means riding home in the stupidity of Markham rushour darkness. I never winterize my bikes, so any dry day from now till spring that hits >4C is a riding day for me.

2 Inches, that's a lot of snow.
Yep, luckily all the main roads were clear. The side streets and lawns etc were covered.

Hmmm... Could soon be time to get out the other Kawasaki - 1980 Kawi 440 Invader Liquid Cooled. (yeah, the fast one)

Guy at my work got his license in April.
He's ridden into work every single day so far since then.

10C is my cut-off. May still happen.

Rode from Toronto to Peterborough today. Wet and cold, but not bad.

It's my final ride for the season so I enjoyed every bit of it.
