I wonder if this was staged, no pun intended. Hollering for paramedics lends an air of authenticity.

The bike was Indian's new Factory flat track racer, so it appears Mr. Sands forgot, or never realized the front brake was not there from the off...

4 people in the crowd were injured, 2 spent the night in the hospital.

Edit: That Post article above should be exhibit A for anyone who doesn't believe in the epically low quality of the mainstream media today... ffs the video is in the article and they still get the facts all wrong :rolleyes:

Wow...announcer really ruined the punchline on that one...
 
I thought that the lights might have been in his eyes and he couldn't see the edge of the stage. No front brake might be a better explanation.
 
When it first started I was expecting him to jump the crowd, not just the front row...
