Didja take your rain gear???

Forgot it and I was soaked through. Was having fun splashing through puddles and littles streams of water until traffic started to crawl to a halt. On the plus side my new helmet was waiting for me at home
 
I was so dry. The raingear wasnt.
Mission accomplished
 
Rode in to work, got an offer for a ride back home with a coworker who lives like 100m from me.... Took that option.

The real secret is to keep moving. When puddles happen on your rain gear is when trouble starts happening.

Also i tucked my moto jacket into the rain pants, old granpa style above my belly button. Pants are oxfords and jacket going on top of moto jacket is a columbia watertight (in cyber green for hi viz during rain) http://www.columbia.com/mens-watertight-ii-jacket-RM2433.html

Got it for cheaper on sale at sportchek but its pretty cheap in cost. My medium jacket fits over my moto jacket and still fits me well if i wear it as a rain jacket by itself.
 
I was getting soaked at work anyways (powerwashing in the rain that day.) Said **** the rain gear (too much trouble.) With some (i think) kenda k270s on my klr grip was fantastic.
 
It was insane in Ohio on the way back from indy. Debated taking rain gear but glad I did when that storm hit. Everything got drenched except me and my bags. Nelson rigg for the win

Got caught in the nastiest part of that system (in the car) on my way through Michigan. People pulled over all over the road. I bravely pushed forward at 30MPH because I wanted back into Canada land! It was one hell of a storm.
