Teknic went bankrupt?

Looked at a couple pairs at dealers recently, they are priced at full retail, I struggle to justify paying full retail on 2 year+ old stock and for a brand that have been bankrupt for 2 years

I'm looking for a NOS xcelerator suit that's why I asked haha.
 
I bought a Teknic violator jacket new in winter 2012/13. I ended up calling Teknic and asking for a new shoulder plate as one came scratched. They sent out replacements no issues or questions asked, not even a bill of sale. Must have been real close to when the folded. I like that kind of customer service and will miss them. It is a quality jacket.
