I need to know if you guys have any suggestions regarding good powder coaters around the gta with decent turn around time.

I have a full 78 CB550 frame to be powder coated black. Ready and disassembled.

Please post the name and phone number to reach them

I used Union rim repair on caledonia for my Marchesini wheel. 416 782 5714

Cost $150 for a few coats and work was good.

Here is a shot of the wheel. They had to sand blast it before powder coating (as you cannot acid dip) magnesium wheel

They painted the rear last winter.

Nice busa there fella.

FYI wheels where original Marchesini powder coated gold and clear coated. They had to be completely stripped and repainted and you cannot acid dip a magnesium wheel. Next time you can do that for $50 -75$ ill come by.

The work was flawless so if I paid a bit more and didnt have to ship to cambridge or drive to Barrie , great.

Not close to the GTA but I use niagara custom powder coating, it's in Port Robinson (hwy 406/hwy 20 area).....had my frame done last season (mat black). Turned out great and had no issues with bearing race areas or bolt holes, price was a lot less than I thought and Gord (owner) is a real nice guy.

No, but OEM bike parts are not powder coated and last for decades.
2K paint (epoxy) can be done at home, and give a nice lasting result, without the baking step.

I know, Thanks, I did my GS that way, and no issues thus far....

Well if you want a $20 job, just buy a can of spray paint.

plus it's not a 20 dollar job, using 2K paint....
