any one does mobile Safety certification help me

Had a bad experience before went to machanic to get saftey last year bike was 100% perfect condition only had some mods and the guy was like u need oem parts blah blah so need Safety Certificate for my 06 yamaha r6 located in Brampton need somone who can see my bike at my place will traval to pick the saftey up. Will pay reasonable price if u can give me that yellow paper so I can get my bike on road and start riding

You can rent a uhaul trailer for $15 for 24 hours. Just wanted to make sure you knew. Not many/any mechanics will come to your home to certify a bike. This guy will certify your bike for the cheapest price, ask him about possibilities of a home visit as well: http://dontai.com/oldsite/roseytoes/
 
Not all mods are acceptable for a safety so it's hard to say if your previous mechanic was being unreasonable. Can you elaborate? Most motorcycle shops will be fine with different turn signals, lights, exhaust, etc even though technically they may not technically be good for a safety. Most shops I have ever dealt with will be fine with any alterations unless there is a legitimate safety concern.

In case you're not aware a safety must be written at the licensed shop. A mechanic will have to take a big risk to come to you just to write a safety.
