We get it op but same can be said for anywhere else. Try living close to forks of the credit. Cops were nailing all the "drift racers" the other night. People wonder why the residents get mad.....

Not fond of that term in reference to people who freely make idiotic choices, as opposed to those who had no choice on how they behave, but I know what you're trying to say.
In answer to your question, yes, I hope to effect some type of change in somebody's behaviour somewhere, sometime, of the type that will possibly prevent a major human tragedy and senseless suffering.
Call me moronic, or idiotic if you will, but I have been witness to too many positive changes sparked by the effects of the right words said at the right time in the right place to believe otherwise, so I have to disagree with you that threads like this are pointless. If there's a chance to stop the stupidy on public roadways, then I'll take it no matter how small.
Look at it this way: It might be your life or that of one of your loved ones that's saved.

Stop whining. Report them to police if the really peeve you off that much. Posting here isn't going to do a damn thing to stop it.
