Minimum Displacement requirement for 400 series highway?

 Very nice.

That is a cool project!

Thanks guys, I'm hoping to make a couple of bike nights with it this year when I'm not harassing V Twins at Tim Hortons.

Lots of goodies here and Lifan Honda clones of various sizes.... http://www.dratv.com/

The Dr is good, but the brokerage fees are a nightmare. Minimob Racing out of Manitoba has some unreal kit, but it runs into 'big' money quick. http://www.minimobracing.com/

You'd be a hit at Lakeshore and Leslie with that if you're up to going that far.

does your avatar show you thrusting that ball bearing on the crankcase housing??

Not quite into going that far. I built the bike to have something to ride when I'm out RVing with my family. My kids love it, my wife tolerates it - that's all the crowd I need.

No. It was meant to display the sharktooth wear pattern on the cam chain gear.

Lol. I could totally pull that Peterbilt going up the Burlington Skyway. Not so much on the downside.

Personally, that's where I'd keep it, maybe on some streets around where I live. 400 series - never! that's just asking for trouble. There is an inherent risk in our choice to ride. Riding on the 400 series with that is just tempting fate. Your kids need their dad.

Just my opinion.

Cool
Project though.

Nice project. CT 70 was my first bike about 40+ years ago. Loved it. If I recall it topped out at indicated 45 or 46mph
