The hot numbers like the CB500x tho shows no discounting.
Just seems to be a clearance sale.

Interesting they are discounting the NC700 and not the CB500

Maybe I missed an earlier post, but some of these Honda prices seem almost too good to be true. http://motorcycle.honda.ca/sport/cbr125r $2,299 for 2012 CBR125R and heavy discounts on many bikes http://motorcycle.honda.ca/allmotorcycles I don't recall seeing prices this aggressive. Guess they aren't selling too well.

They did this last year with the 2011. (Same prices I believe)

Hahaha. If you can find a 2012 anywhere on planet earth pick one up for me too plz ;)

Lol

Is there also freight/pdi on all the prices?

Freight/pdi are extra.

In comparison in terms of the used vs new market, the CBR250's are pretty cheap ($3800 new). As most people are selling their used ones for more than that.

Didn't realize they are that cheap. Friend just put her's up on Facebook for $3900 used.

I'd consider getting a CB1100, but not at that price, lol

If there isn't any 2012 inventory? isnt' that false advertisement?

How can you go wrong with such a low price on the 125?
That's gonna screw up the used market place for sure!

No, people will still ask for $2,550-$3,000 for their used 125's

yeah. When that add came out months ago I called most southern Ontario dealerships and I only found three. One 2012 still in the box [it was a repsol, 500 extra, I wasn't interested], one used 2011 with 4500km for 2300 OTD at Brampton powersports, and a 2011 used somewhere else with more KM. I called Brampton Powersports a few days later and it was sold. booooo.

The guy I talked to at BPS said I should leave a 500 deposit via credit card. I declined. crappy move.

test rode the CB1100. Great bike. engine is TOO smooth. barely makes any sound at all. but for that price it really doesn't make sense. it has power and handeling, shifter was very good as well. wasn't happy with first 2 gears tho not enough range.
i'd take my Phantom over that any day. much better all around. and sounds meaner too lol

Sorry, but can't understand your comments - do you mean the price doesn't make sense compared to... what?
Another motorcycle? USA pricing? or what?

Appear that Suzuki and Yamaha do not actively advertise their factory clearance. However, a friend got $6000 off a Yamaha R1 a while back.

Most of the NEW prior year model will have a 'call for quote'. Perhaps they are not allow to advertise the price. I know the 2012 ZX6R at Snow City is listed at $9,999 but I am sure if someone is really serious on the bike, could possible knock another $1,500 off, which brings it to the same price as Kahuna last summer. Then again, they will probably tag back on the PDI, Lic and you still have to pay the HST.
